The all encompassing art of visual communication captured in a single cell. I have used photography as an exploration of light and tone in order to sharpen my skills as a filmmaker without the financial and logistical burden of production.
My Grandfather was an aerial photographer during the second world war. He famously went on to take portraits for the Royal Family and also the World Cup of 1966. I was very proud of him and his work but sadly I didn’t absorb an interest in the art until after he died. So I have been playing catch up ever since!
This medium is my sandbox, my playpen, my doodle pad and I have a lot of fun pushing myself to discover new techniques and styles.
